AbstractStore.assign_on(on, vars=None, **kw_vars)

Assign new variables to a JaxDataset in this store, returning a new instance.

This method allows you to add new fields to the dataset. If the field already exists, it will be overwritten. A copy of the store is returned with the new variables added.
